We provide teletherapy to residents of Nevada and Wyoming.

  • Jurisdiction: By using our teletherapy services, you acknowledge that treatment is governed by the laws and licensing boards of the state where the provider is licensed.
  • Technology: You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure, and stable internet connection for sessions.
4. Cancellations and Billing
  • 24-Hour Rule: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Evaluations: Fees for specialty evaluations (DOT, SAP, ASAM) are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  • Insurance: While we accept various insurance plans, it is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage and co-pays prior to the appointment.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. While we take extensive measures to protect our website, standard email and contact forms are not encrypted.
