The short answer
Substance abuse treatment at A Plus starts with an honest assessment and builds into a plan that fits your life, from outpatient counseling to group support and relapse prevention. Care in Las Vegas and by secure video across Nevada is judgment-free, confidential, and grounded in proven methods.
Treatment begins with an assessment that looks at more than how much you use. Many clients start with an ASAM assessment, which matches you to the right level of care using six areas of your life. From there, A Plus builds a plan you can actually follow.
Substance use often travels with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or another mental health condition, and treating only one side rarely holds. Dual-diagnosis care addresses both at once, in a single coordinated plan, so the two are not pulling against each other.
A Plus focuses on outpatient care, which lets you keep working and living at home while you get support. Sessions target the patterns behind the use, build coping skills, and set clear goals, with the intensity adjusted to what your assessment shows.
Recovery groups add something individual sessions cannot: people who understand the pull of a craving and a counselor who keeps the group safe and focused. Many clients combine group work with one-on-one counseling.
Staying well is its own skill. Relapse prevention helps you spot triggers early, plan for high-risk moments, and build a routine that supports recovery instead of testing it.
A Plus accepts many major plans and Nevada Medicaid, with self-pay options, and is accepting new patients. Care is available in person in Las Vegas and by secure video across Nevada, and you do not have to reach a crisis before you reach out.
